Over past 20 years I have received multiple awards and medals from the highest level international culinary competitions from the United Kingdom through to United Arab Emirates as executive pastry chef and pastry consultancy.
Also I create motivational video for help to achieve goals and be successful.
About me
I have started to create my own recipes and pastries when I was 19. Ever since I worked with hotels, pastry shops and chains internationally to modernize their pastry selection. The past 10 years I have also catered several exclusive corporate and private events, including 5 and 7 star hotels. My experience is also include kitchen management of 3 Rosette and 2 Michelin Star kitchens.
